30‑Day Window
You’ve got 30 days from delivery to hit us up. After that, the chaos gods take over and we can’t promise anything.

Returns must be:

Not covered in sweat, sunscreen, or pickleball court dust

Basically: something we can hand to another human without apologizing
Proof of Chaos
Send a quick photo to support@picklebrainz.com so we can see what went sideways. This protects us from scammers and helps us fix real issues fast.
Shipping

We cover shipping on exchanges because we’re not monsters
Defects & Damage
If your item arrives messed up, misprinted, or mangled by the mail gremlins, we replace it free. No questions, no hoops.
Exchanges
Wrong size? Wrong vibe? We’ll swap it out as long as it’s still in new condition.
Refunds
Once your return hits our hands and passes the “not gross” test, we’ll refund you back to your original payment method.
